Are Mondaine watches water-resistant?
Most Mondaine watches are water-resistant to 30 or 50 meters (3 or 5 ATM). This means they are protected against splashes and rain, but we recommend removing them before swimming or diving to preserve the movement and leather straps.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping varies by destination but generally arrives within 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order departs our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that customized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do Mondaine watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every Mondaine watch comes with a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects in the movement, case, and crystal.
How do I care for my leather watch strap?
To extend the life of your leather strap, avoid contact with water, perfumes, or oils. If it becomes wet, pat it dry immediately with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry away from direct heat sources.
