We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mondaine timepiece; if you are not, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Our goal is to ensure a seamless experience that reflects the precision and reliability of our Swiss heritage.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch, original box, and all warranty booklets into a secure shipping container, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

  Ship with Care

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
